If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the valid provisions shall remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the invalid provisions shall be removed from these Terms of Use, without affecting the validity of any other provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of all parties prior to the termination date shall remain in effect until the termination of this Agreement.

These Terms of Service shall remain in effect until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services or by discontinuing your use of our Site.

If we determine that you have failed, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any provision or provision of these Terms of Use, we may terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the termination date, and/or we may accordingly deny you access to the Site (or any part thereof).

All Terms of Service and any separate agreements relating to the provision of services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 17 - Warranty Period

-All electronic products and devices are subject to a two-year warranty from the date of receipt.

-If non-Gharb Story essential oils are used in the devices, the warranty will be voided immediately.

- West Story bears the cost of maintenance during the warranty period, and the customer bears the shipping and delivery costs outside (Riyadh - Jeddah).

-Devices outside the warranty period: They will be evaluated, the customer informed of the cost, and approval will be obtained prior to maintenance, along with a (90)-day warranty for the device.
