Shipping policy

The customer must follow up on his order after the store delivers his order to the shipping and delivery company and communicate with the delivery company in the event of any inquiry or delay occurring on their part. - The store apologizes for shipping and delivering any order, if any event occurs beyond the control of the store, and the store management will continue to inform the customer and return the order amount to the customer as soon as possible and according to the available circumstances.
- The store will deliver orders to the shipping company on working days only, which are from Sunday to Thursday, excluding weekends and official holidays.
- Any error or deficiency in order information, such as mobile number or shipping address, may lead to a delay in the order and will be the customer’s responsibility.
- We apologize for delivering and shipping products to addresses that are incomplete or different from those registered, or registered with a false or false name in the purchase order. We will notify the customer of this, otherwise his order will be cancelled.
- If the customer cannot be reached or if his orders are refused for any reason other than an error in the orders that were sent, the store management will return the order, and only the shipping value will be collected or deducted from the amount previously paid by the customer on the online store.
The customer signs the receipt of orders, or informs the store through the store’s official communication means, and this is considered an acknowledgment from the customer that he received the shipment in good condition.
