We recommend using West Story fragrance oils only to achieve the best performance and protect the device. Using external oils, adding other substances, or mixing oils may damage the device and affect the warranty.

Our devices use modern diffuser technology to spread fragrance quickly, evenly, and continuously across the space, with the ability to control scent intensity and operating times.

Diffuser technology breaks fragrance oil into very fine molecules, allowing the scent to spread more effectively and maintain better concentration in the space.

Our devices come with a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover breakage, misuse, damage caused by using other oils, or adding water or external substances to the fragrance oil. Maintenance is free during the warranty period. Delivery costs outside Riyadh and Jeddah are covered by the customer.

We accept devices for maintenance even after the warranty period. Repair fees are determined by the technical support and maintenance department based on the damaged parts. A 90-day warranty is provided after maintenance.

The Mini device has 4 adjustment levels for the time between sprays, with each spray lasting 15 seconds. The M100 device has 10 adjustment levels, with each spray lasting 3 seconds. It is recommended to place the M100 away from walls or surfaces due to its stronger diffusion force.

It is a specific setting that controls scent concentration and the time interval between sprays. It affects the strength and coverage of the fragrance in the space. More details are available in the catalog included with the device.
