Exchange and Return Policy

1. Exchange and return include all items except for any opened and used product.

2. To benefit from exchange, return, and warranty services, the original invoice must be presented.

3. Exchange and return are possible if the item is in the same condition as when purchased and in its original packaging.

4. Please bring all accessories for the item when exchanging. Please note that if a defect occurs during the exchange, it will not be possible to exchange it unless a report from the authorized service agent is presented before the exchange.

5. Returns are allowed within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

6. The promotional item associated with the returned item may be returned if it is in its original condition, or the promotional value will be deducted.

7. Purchases made with vouchers or credit cards cannot be returned for cash.

8. Receipt of the shipment from the shipping company constitutes the customer's acknowledgement that the shipment (carton) is intact, in good condition, and unopened prior to receipt.

For online purchases

1. The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of receipt.

2. Returns or exchanges can be made through any of the West Story showrooms, or by contacting us at the unified number if there is no West Story branch in the customer's city.

3. If the customer wishes to cancel the order after it has been delivered to the shipping company, the return fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be transferred to the customer.
